At a gala presentation in London last month, we were awarded 5-star awards for the ‘Best Apartment – North East Scotland’ and the ‘Best Lettings Agency – North East Scotland’!
The awards assess a wide range of disciplines, including architecture, build quality, design and commitment to sustainability; it’s brilliant to have been recognised in such highly competitive awards.

The Aberdeen Civic Society
We are immensely proud that the Aberdeen Civic Society acknowledged the improvement that Forbes Place has made to the local area, with a mention during their annual awards ceremony.
The Society, which is made up of architects and property industry professionals, praised Forbes Place for the use of exterior brickwork to compliment the environment, the impressive landscaping around the development and the discreet use of underground parking.
