As our very first residents started moving in and making themselves at home over the weekend, we’ve had some brilliant news; Forbes Place has won 3 awards in the UK stage of the International Property Awards!
The awards – Judging process
Competing against developments from across the UK, Forbes Place has been successful at these highly regarded industry awards, receiving recognition in the Residential High Rise Development, Apartment/Condominium and Development Marketing categories.
Entrants were judged by a panel of over 70 experts from throughout the industry, against a wide range of criteria. These three prizes were amongst a total of nine won by our parent company, Dandara who scooped accolades across the regional and national categories.
The winners Gala
We’ll find out if Forbes Place has received ‘highly commended’ or the coveted ‘5-star’ distinction in October when representatives from our Forbes Place team will be presented with the prizes at the official winner’s Gala at the Marriott Hotel in Grosvenor Square, London.
With Block One already 60% let, we are also very proud Forbes Place’s luxury rental accommodation is also proving to be a winner with our new residents. We can’t wait to show off our awards in our letting suite!
